https://new.expensify.com/r/8874117513954189 Hi, I have some feedback. 1. *Subscription was unexpected.* I have been getting emails for new comments in this chat. I added a comment several weeks ago, but I don't remember explicitly subscribing, or seeing any indication that I would be subscribed, so receiving the emails has been unexpected, and mostly unwanted. 2. *Unsubscr1be requires login.* Clicking the "Unsubscr1be" link in the email brings me to a login screen. One-click unsubscr1be links with tokens would be more customer-centric. 3. *Unsubscr1be link is unclear.* When logged in, the "Unsubscr1be" link brings me to a settings pane for the chat. It took me many trips to this pane to realize that I needed to click on "Daily" and set that to "Mute". 4. *Chats disappear.* If I select a sub-thread of this chat in the left sidebar, the chat itself is removed from the list. Clicking "#new-epensify-feedback" in the sub-thread heading re-adds the chat to the list. Gif attached. 5. *People seem confused.* A lot of emails from this thread were off-topic requests for help, or comments that look like responses to another comment or prompt, but that are posted at the top level. There could be a threading bug, or people are confused about where they are on the site. It's worth considering some of the "hellos" in that same light. 6. *Unsubscr1be detection needs work.* When I posted a version of this message a few minutes ago, it deleted it, and said "We have detected that you have sent an unsubscr1be message into the chat. We have automatically muted this chat for you. [...]". So I had to mangle the spelling to get this posted. I hope this is helpful.
